His memory lives on in every dish we create. Our mission is simple: to serve true, authentic Italian flavors using fresh, Italian-imported ingredients, prepared with care and respect for tradition. - Bruschetta con Peperoni – Roasted red pepper mix*, ricotta, EVOO*** drizzle, Sea Salt.
- Insalata Caprese – Fresh mozzarella, tomato, basil, EVOO***, balsamic drizzle, sea salt.
- Polpette – Homemade meatballs with homemade tomato sauce, parmiggiano, and bread for dipping.
- Porchetta – Slow-roasted porchetta (pork belly roast), arugula, heirloom tomato, provolone, and homemade pesto on rustic roll.
- Prosciutto & Mozzarella – Prosciutto di Parma, mozzarella di bufala, arugula, homemade pesto on ciabatta bun or rustic roll.
- Panino con Mortadella – Mortadella, Provolone, Arugula, Heirloom Tomatoes, and roasted garlic aioli on Rosetta bun**.
- Caprese (Vegetarian) – Mozzarella di bufala, tomato, basil, EVOO*** on ciabatta bun.
- Tonno e Cipolla – Tuna, shaved red onion, capers, arugula, heirloom tomato, EVOO***, garlic aioli on ciabatta bun.
- Lasagna con carne – Layers of lasagna sheets, beef ragu, ricotta, mozzarella, and traditional secrets.
- Pasta al Forno – Rigatoni pasta with marinara, ricotta, mozzarella, and chunks of boiled eggs (Option to add sausage).
- Rigatoni Bolognese – Rigatoni pasta tossed in authentic homemade meat sauce.
- Rigatoni al Pesto – Rigatoni pasta tossed in fresh, homemade pesto sauce.
- Insalata di Riso – A refreshing Italian rice salad made with tender rice, tangy pickled vegetables, black olives, hot dog pieces, capers, diced tomatoes, corn, and peas served chilled. Add mayo for a flavor boost!
- Bocconcini di Focaccia – Traditional Italian focaccia layered in homemade tomato sauce: Cut into cubes and tossed in EVOO***, Coarse salt, and parmiggiano.
- Focaccia in Bianco – Homemade Focaccia topped with EVOO***, coarse salt, and fresh Rosemary.
- Focaccia al Pomodoro – Homemade Focaccia with a thin layer of our homemade tomato sauce.
- Focaccia Barese – Homemade Focaccia with layered with halved cherry tomatoes.
- Focaccia Aglio Arrosto – Homemade Focaccia coated with EVOO***, coarse salt, and roasted garlic chunks.
- Cannoli – Traditional Italian Cannoli topped with powdered sugar.
- Tiramisu’ – Homemade espresso dessert, always a classic!

- We will also offer Ciabatta Slider buns for sandwich trays for an upcharge.
